If your vehicle breaks down—at home, on the road, anywhere in India—we'll attempt to send help. This includes on-the-spot repairs, battery support, and vehicle recovery if needed. Please note that our roadside assistance program (RSA) is an optional service which you have to buy.
Both. For routine check-ups, you can visit any of our 400+ service centres. For breakdowns or emergencies, if you have bought the RSA program, our roadside assistance team comes to you, wherever you are.
For each vehicle, service intervals are provided in the owner's manual, and we advise you to follow what is described there, as each vehicle has different technical nuances to them.
We recommend bi-monthly check-ups, depending on your usage. Regular maintenance keeps your battery healthy, ensures optimal performance, and helps catch small issues before they become big problems.
Ampere Care works pan-India. If you're travelling and need support, just ring our helpline. We'll connect you with the nearest service touchpoint or arrange roadside assistance, no matter where you are.
Routine maintenance parts (like brake pads, small motor components, and consumables) are covered under the 3-year vehicle warranty. For battery issues, parts will be covered under the 5-year battery warranty.
Major component replacements outside warranty terms may have additional costs, our team will walk you through pricing upfront. Ampere has the best “parts fill rate” in the industry at close to 95%. This means that if somebody orders any part, we dispatch them within 48 hours from our factory 95% of the time. We also have spare part hubs across India where we have all the relevant spare parts stored, which means for any customer, the parts can be made available within a week.
Yes, if your Ampere Care plan is still active, it can be transferred to the new owner. Just notify us during the ownership transfer process, and we'll update the records.
